Monitors: Overview
Monitors in GroupAlarm allows you to graphically display a wide range of information about your organisation. This is particularly helpful if you want to keep a constant eye on certain data. A monitor created with GroupAlarm can then be integrated into external devices, such as a screen in your equipment room, in just a few steps.
A monitor is made up of various individually configurable panels, which can be arranged using drag & drop. Details on the individual panels can be found here (/en/arSome readersMonitors: Date format
Date format
Some input fields allow a display date to be formatted as desired. For example, a date can display only the day and month, including the time in 12-hour format. To specify how the date should look, use the formatting symbols h, H, m, M, s, d, and y.

The alarm gong enables alarm parameters to be read out via a connected monitor. A typical application scenario for the alarm gong is the announcement of event type, alarm text, address and alarmed units in the fire station.
Setup
To set up the alarm gong, click on 'Create monitor' in the monitor overview. If, on the other hand, you would like to expand an existing monitor, click on the pencil icon of the corresponding monitor on the right to edit it.
