Apple Watch issues

If an Apple Watch is connected to your iPhone, you will receive notifications on the watch by default and no longer on your smartphone.
However, you have the option to disable alert mirroring for GroupAlarm in the watch's notification settings.
This will allow you to receive the alerts on your smartphone instead.
