Each participant in GroupAlarm has their own user account. You will usually create such an account when you are invited to join an organisation for the first time. The email address of your personal user account is also your account username and is used, for example, to log in to the GroupAlarm App. This allows you to be represented in any number of organisations with one email address, or more precisely, one user account, and to receive alerts from all of these organisations.


⚠️ Accounts that are not assigned to any organisation for 30 days will be marked for automatic deletion after a further 90 days. The accounts affected will receive a notification by email to the registered email address 90, 60 and 7 days before final deletion.


You can access details and settings for your account, and in particular your profile, in the GroupAlarm WebApp via your avatar. A smaller selection of the most important settings for your profile is also available in the GroupAlarm App on your smartphone.
