After creating your account, you can test GroupAlarm for two weeks, including alerts. The trial period applies exclusively to organisations that you create with your personal user account. Your personal trial account itself is not subject to a trial period, as it is free of charge for you as a participant. The costs are always borne by the organisation to which you are invited as a participant.

If you decide to create a trial organisation, you can test GroupAlarm to almost its full extent within this organisation. The only exceptions are a few paid extensions and the sending of text messages and calls for alerts, as these would incur separate costs. The trial period is non-binding for you. If you decide that you do not want to continue using GroupAlarm, you can simply let the organisation expire. The organisation will become inactive after the trial period has expired and will remain in place for 3 months before being permanently deleted. If you decide during this period that you want to use GroupAlarm in full, you can activate your organisation by entering your payment details under Admin → Billing. This will convert your trial organisation into a regular active organisation, which you can continue to use seamlessly. This seamless transition allows you to configure everything according to your preferences during the trial period and means you don't have to set anything up again when you activate your account.
