Devices

In the tab devices, you define your devices, i.e. the end devices on which you want to receive alarms. Possible devices are the GroupAlarm app, SMS, call, email and the ERIC pager (this can only be created by the organization administrator and assigned to the desired participant).

To add a device, click on the ADD button. Observe the required format when entering (note below the input field). To make it easier to distinguish between several devices of the same type, assign a meaningful name. You can activate or deactivate individual devices, as well as delete them completely and add new ones.

Set escalations

After creating the devices, you can put them in the desired order and thus define your personal escalation. Your apps and any pagers are always triggered first, i.e. without delay.

If you have not configured or deactivated one of your devices so that an alarm cannot be triggered on the respective device, this device is skipped in the escalation and the next device is triggered immediately.
