Alarm routes

You can activate or deactivate individual alerting routes organisation-wide for all participants in the Organization Settings.
By default, all of them are activated and can cause additional costs.

Enable reachabilities for participants

If you have deactivated the reachabilities Call or SMS globally in the organization, no participant can be alerted via this reachability. To still alert individual participants via call or SMS, you can release the Call or SMS availabilities for participants in the participant list.

In this way, these selected participants can still be alerted via call or SMS, although it has been globally deactivated here in the settings. This behaviour could be used, among other things, if individual participants do not have the possibility to use the mobile GroupAlarm app for Android or iOS.
