Devices

Here you configure your devices, i.e. the smartphones on which you want to receive alarms. Possible devices are the GroupAlarm app, SMS, call, email, and the ERIC pager (this can only be created and assigned to the desired subscriber by the organization administrator).

To add a device, click on the "Add" button. When entering the data, pay attention to the required format (notice below the input field).
To better distinguish several devices of the same type, you can assign a unique name to each one.
You can activate or deactivate individual devices, as well as delete them completely and add new ones.






#Set escalations

After setting up your devices, you can put them in the desired order and thus define your personal alert escalation.

During escalation, unconfigured or deactivated devices will be skipped.
