Organisation settings - Unit status

Under Unit status you can define the statuses in which units of your organisation can be present. You have the option of customizing the statuses according to your requirements.

A status defined in this way can then be assigned to a unit manually during processing or automatically via an API interface.

Furthermore, you can set your units to a specific status when an alarm is triggered or an event is completed.

1️⃣ A new status consists of four components:

ID: The identification number of a status can be assigned a number between 0 and 9.
Name: The name of a status describes the state a unit is in (e.g. ready at station).
Colour: The colour of a status is used for easier differentiation and can be selected either as a colour code or manually.
Alertability: If the bell is green, units in this status can be alerted. Not if the bell is crossed out red. If, for example, the vehicle of a unit is in the workshop, the alertability can be deactivated for such a status (e.g. not available).

Click the SAVE button to apply the changes.

2️⃣ An existing status can be edited using the pencil icon. The values are inserted into the input fields as described above at 1️⃣ and can then be adjusted.

An existing status can be deleted via the red recycle bin.

3️⃣ In the event of an alarm, the alarmed units can be automatically set to a specific status. On the one hand, this can happen when the alarm is triggered and on the other when the event is closed. To do this, select the status to which you want to move the unit in the respective selection menu. The settings are applied by pressing SAVE. This setting is empty by default and no status change is made when an alarm is triggered.

⚠️ This automatic status change is only applied to units that already have a status. Units without a status are therefore excluded from this setting. You can find out how to initially assign a status to a unit here.
