Organisation settings - Override escalation
By default, participants define the escalation of their devices themselves in their profile. With Override escalation, you can override this participant-specific escalation explicitly for your organisation.
⚠️ As long as an escalation has been defined in the organisation settings, this always overwrites the participant's escalation for alarms in this organisation.
1️⃣ The available devices are listed under Set escalation. The order from top to bottom is decisive for the order in which the respective devices of the participant are alerted.
If you are not satisfied with your adjustments, you can reset the escalation to the default values using the recycle bin icon on the right-hand side.
The red recycle bin icon, which is also marked with an X, deletes the escalation completely. After deletion, the escalation of participants takes effect again in the event of alarms in the organisation.
2️⃣ For each device, you can specify the time that the system should wait until the device is alerted in relation to the previous device. You can also use the arrows on the right-hand side to adjust the position of the device in the escalation sequence.
💡 The GroupAlarm App and a possible pager are always alerted first and without delay. Adjustment is therefore not possible here.
