Monitor - Panel Active Alarms

The Active alarms panel shows you the active, or more precisely, current alarms of your organisation. You can also optionally display the active alarms of your sub-organisations.

1️⃣ In addition to a title for the panel, you can adjust the font size and colour of the font and background for optimum display on your monitor.

2️⃣ The Format input field allows you to customise the format of the date and start time of the alarms. Information on possible formats can be found here.

3️⃣ To be able to split the alarms across several panels, the number of alarms displayed can be limited to a maximum number and the number of alarms to be skipped can be defined in combination. For example, you can limit the number of alarms on panel one to 5 in order to display only the last 5 alarms. You can then skip 5 entries on panel two and thus display alarms 6 to 10, for example. In total, you will then see alarms 1 to 10 on both panels.

4️⃣ You can use the following functions to customise which information should be displayed for the individual alarms. You can also specify here whether the monitor should also display the alarms of the sub-organisations.

  • Show alarm start time: Displays the time at which the alarm was triggered.
  • Show event: Shows the event name of the event.
  • Show alarm text: Displays the alarm text transmitted for the alarm.
  • View feedback: Displays the total number of responses from the participants.
  • Include alarms of sub-organisations: Displays the alarms of sub-organisations.

⚠️ To be able to display the alarms of the sub-organization, the function Allow access to sub-organisations of the token must be activated for the respective monitor. For an existing token, activate this function by clicking on the star. For a new token, activate Allow access to sub-organisations.
