Monitor - Panel Unit overview

The Unit overview panel allows you to clearly display the units of your organisation with their respective status.

1️⃣ To improve the graphical display of the panel on your monitor, you can adjust the size and colour of the font and background.

2️⃣ The displayed units can be narrowed down using Unit filter. Only those units whose name contains the string you enter in the input field for the filter are then displayed in the panel. Multiple unit names can be separated by commas.

Example: The ‘Unit’ filter would display all units whose name contains ‘Unit’, e.g. the units with the names ‘Unit 1’, ‘Unit 2’ and ‘Unit 3’.

3️⃣ The Show external ID function allows you to optionally display the external ID if you have assigned it.

4️⃣ If you only want to display units with a status, you can activate the ‘Hide units without status’ function to no longer display the units without a status.

5️⃣ The units can be sorted either alphabetically by name or in ascending order by status. When sorting by status, the position of the status is decisive.

6️⃣ If you have a large number of units, you can also split the display over several panels. To do this, you can limit the number of entries on one panel and then skip these entries on another panel.
