Monitor - Panel List of participants
The list of participants provides you with an overview of your participants and their availability, including the assigned labels.
1️⃣ You can adjust the size and colour of the font and background to optimise the graphic display of the panel on your monitor.
2️⃣ If you have a large number of labels, it can be helpful to filter the labels. Only those labels that match the filter are then displayed. The names of the labels must be specified exactly.
💡 If you would like to see the list of participants without label affiliation, simply enter a label name that has not been assigned.
As part of this, you can use the function Only show participants with at least one filtered label to hide all participants who do not have at least one of the labels you have defined in the filter.
3️⃣ Show available participants and Show unavailable participants shows or hides those participants who are available / unavailable when activated / deactivated.
View personal data hides the participant data completely when deactivated. This means that only the labels with the number of available/unavailable participants are displayed.
4️⃣ If you have a large number of units, you can also split the display over several panels. To do this, you can limit the number of entries on one panel and then skip these entries on another panel.
