Organisation settings - Data retention period
By setting up a data retention period, old events can be completely removed from GroupAlarm after a specified period of time. To do this, set the retention period to the desired number of months. You can choose between 1 / 3 / 6 / 12 / 18 / 24 months. The deletion is documented in the audit log. By default, no period is selected, and no data is deleted.
❗️ The deletion is irrevocable and affects all data associated with the event, such as alarms including feedback, PDF reports, incident logs and messenger rooms.
