Elements of the flow - HTTP Client
The HTTP Client allows you to submit HTTP requests.
💡 The HTTP Client requires basic knowledge of handling HTTP requests.
Configuration
1️⃣ The HTTP method selection field allows you to specify the desired HTTP method.
2️⃣ The URL can either be entered manually or taken from previous elements using the input function (rectangular symbol on the left). The element Merge strings is suitable for this.
3️⃣ The Ignore Errors function lets the flow ignore errors caused by the request.
4️⃣ In the input field for the header field, the name of the header field can be specified. In the example, this is API-TOKEN for authentication with GroupAlarm.
5️⃣ Determines the value of the header field. Using the input function, data from previous elements or organisation-related data can also be imported here. In the example, the API token of the organisation is used, which is automatically available by the affiliation of the flow to the organisation.
6️⃣ The Add header field function allows you to use additional header fields.
