Validity of GroupAlarm system emails

GroupAlarm sends two types of system emails. The first is an invitation to join an organisation, and the second is an email sent when a password reset is requested. The validity periods listed below are global settings which cannot be adjusted.

Invitation to join an organisation

Valid: indefinitely

Resending the email via the participant list does not invalidate the previous invitation. The invitation is resent in full.

Password reset

Valid: 24 hours

Submitting a new request to reset the password automatically invalidates the previous email.
