Scenarios are used to depict possible events. Units are combined here, for example, according to an AAO or a hazard catalogue.

New scenario

To create a unit, click on "Create scenario".

In the following window, enter the name and description of the scenario.

Then select the required units from the drop-down menu. You can select individual units several times. Add more units with the plus symbol.

If you activate the option "Send assigned label to participant", a notification of the assigned label is sent to each participant after they have confirmed an alert.

Complete the process with the "CREATE" button.

Edit/Delete Scenario

To edit or delete a scenario, click on the 3 dots on the right edge of the unit. Select "Edit" to change the name, description, and units. Confirm the changes with the save button. Select "Delete" to delete the scenario. A pop-up window appears in which you must confirm the deletion. Deleting a scenario is final and cannot be undone.


Click on the 3 dots on the right-hand side of a scenario and select Preview. The name and description of the scenario are displayed in this preview. Furthermore, all assigned units and their respective positions are filled with a random possible staffing of your organization. Select TRIGGER NOW to access the alarm mask. ⚠️ Substitution labels are not included in the preview, which means that the staffing may vary.
