Organisation settings - Alarm settings

Under the Alarm settings, you can define general settings for the alarm process.

1️⃣ You can use the Participants booked in an event can be alerted again function to specify that participants are always alerted, even if they are bound in an open event.

If this setting is deactivated, participants are not available for further alarms if they have given a positive response in an open event. This means that participants who are in an operation are not alerted unnecessarily. The participants automatically become available again when the event is closed.

This setting is deactivated by default.

2️⃣ Show location data in the app allows you to display the location information you have sent for an alarm in the app. Switching this option off can be helpful if this information should not be made immediately accessible to every participant.

This setting is activated by default.

3️⃣ Show alarm feedback in the app allows you to view the feedback for an alarm in the app. Deactivate this setting if you generally do not want the feedback to be displayed in the app.

This setting is activated by default.

4️⃣ The Create a new room per event function automatically creates a messenger room with each event, to which the system adds all participants who have given positive feedback.

This setting is deactivated by default.

5️⃣ Also add participants without response also adds participants to an event-related messenger room who have not provided any feedback. This option can only be activated if Create a new room per event has previously been activated.

This setting is deactivated by default.

6️⃣ Close room with the following delay after the end of the event defines when an event-related Messenger room should be closed automatically after the associated event has been closed. This setting can also only be made if Create a new room per event has previously been activated.

By default, event-related messenger rooms are closed after 60 minutes.
