# I do not receive any messages in GroupAlarm Messenger.

# I do not receive any messages in GroupAlarm Messenger.

For GroupAlarm Messenger to work correctly, the following points must be met:

* the app is running in version 2.0.0 or higher.
* You have opened the app once after the update, if necessary you have also selected the Messenger tab.
* You are a member of at least one organization
