# GroupAlarm Cockpit - Participants

The `Participants` module gives you an overview of all participants in your organisation.

|| ⚠️ The following permissions are required for this module: `Create` or `Edit` rights for the `Participants` service and `Read` rights for the `Labels` service. Details on permissions can be found [here](https://docs.groupalarm.com/en/article/permissions-gj5pz3/).

1️⃣ Participants are grouped according to status. By switching to the corresponding tab, all participants with this status are listed. In addition, the total number of participants with the corresponding status is shown as a number.

2️⃣ The `label filter` allows you to filter participants within a status by label. To do this, you can enter the names of the labels in the input field or select the corresponding labels from the drop-down menu. Only those participants who have exactly the labels you specify in the filter will then be displayed.

3️⃣ The list of participants shows you the participants in detail according to their status and the previously defined filter. When you expand a participant, you will see the participant's name and their assigned labels, including paused labels. This also includes labels that are not included in the filter. You can also click on individual labels of the participant and add them to the label filter.
