# Flow Insights

The insights of a flow contain all triggered events of a flow. These are saved with the start and end time and show whether the execution of the flow was successful. Use the right button to access the live view of the entry.

Within the live view, you can see which functions the flow executed and when. In addition, you can view the respective results of the respective function using the _info_outline_ icon on the right-hand side.

An _alarm_ icon in the table shows a scheduled function that has been delayed by a "wait" function. The start time then shows the scheduled start time for that function.

### Error during execution

|| If an error occurs during the execution of a flow, this is also displayed in the Insights.

| In addition, you can be notified by e-mail.  
To do this, open the [organization settings](/en/article/settings-ds6onc/) and go to the "Flow notifications". There, you can enter any participants or e-mail addresses that will then be notified in the event of an error. The email generated here contains a link to the relevant insights.
