# Dashboard

The dashboard is the start page of an organisation and provides you with a summarised overview.

1️⃣ Above you will find an overview of the available and unavailable participants, as well as those participants who are in an open event. The display includes the current number as well as clear graphs, which can also be used to view the respective number over a defined period of time. You can specify the time period using the selection field of the same name.

2️⃣ The quick actions allow you to trigger predefined alarms directly from your dashboard with just a few clicks. Details on the quick actions can be found [here](https://docs.groupalarm.com/en/article/quick-actions-zt2e4x/).

| By clicking on the menu bar of the quick actions, they can be folded in and out for a better overview.

3️⃣ Under Events, you will find a list of your organisation's most recent events. The most recent event is always displayed at the top. Events can also be archived directly or viewed in detail using the icons on the right-hand side of the respective events.
